FINISHING & DISPATCH CLERK - MM344
Duties will include final proofreading of corrected translations, insertion of diagrams, tables etc., preparation of certificates and dispatch. Must be educated to "A" level standard French, have basic keyboard skills, an interest in word processing and the ability to work as a member of a team under the pressure of tight deadlines.

Role to include customer contact, preparing quotations, managing renewals, cold calling, marketing & administration. Suitable candidates must be able to communicate effectively, show initiative and be a team player. Some experience of working within a sales office required.
Contract and Tenders Executive - MM190
Responsible for managing the National Accounts tendering process ensuring internal and external deadlines are met to assist with the retention of existing business and winning new business. Produce professional tender documentations. Suitable applicants must be able to use own initiative, have good PC skills, written skills, good communicator, organised and accurate. Experience of working in a fast paced environment. English degree preferred
SECRETARY/ADMIN ASSISTANT - HF1
A well established company near High Wycombe requires a Secretary/Admin Asst. for a temporary booking commencing 31st May to end June 2012 with potential to be longer term. Must be a strong character with proven organisational ability, confident Word & Excel skills. Need to be proactive and remain calm under pressure, previous Sec/Admin experience required.
PART TIME ADMINISTRATOR/ACCOUNTS ASSISTANT - Temporary - Ongoing
Assist with weekly/month end payment runs, inputting invoices and credit notes, payment enquiries and general accounts admin. Typing correspondence, filing and general admin. Book keeping experience required. Candidates need to be proactive, pay attention to detail, be well presented and a good communicator. The role will be varied so flexibility and ability to adapt is necessary. This is a part time role 3-4 days per week.
